First open GifBuilder. You can find it on the hard drive under Course Specific Software in a GifBuilder folder.
When you open the software, it will appear as if nothing has happened on the desktop. You can tell that the software is open, however, by the icon in the upper right corner and by the change in the menu bar. (See the image below.)
