Beginning with Dreamweaver

To begin, open Dreamweaver.

To begin your site, create a New Site (under Site).

EVERY time you begin working on your web site, you will need to either select New Site (under Site) or Open Site (under Site). If you are working on the same computer, Dreamweaver "remembers" all the sites you have created and you can just select Open Site and choose your site. But in a lab situation, you may not be working at the same computer. Therefore, you may have to "remind" Dreamweaver where your site is. When you "remind" Dreamweaver, it will create a site cache–a place where all your files are kept in relation to one another. You can also select "Recreate Site Cache" to force Dreamweaver to "remember" your site.
