After you have saved your image using Save for Web, click your Photoshop window to close your image. When the save changes dialog window opens choose DON'T SAVE! If you choose Save, you will write over your earlier Photoshop template which was created before you made changes in Image Size. You may need to come back to this image and resize it later.
